In 1987 representatives of Fender Musical Instruments asked around San Diego to see who might be qualified to service their products in a superior manner. Local store owners and players told them about TOP GEAR . Needless to say we were flattered that in such a short time our reputation had traveled around town that much.

We are proud to say that after over twenty years we are still servicing their products and many more. Please refer to the sidebar for brands. (NOTE: We can't guarantee you'll find every brand we service there so please call.)

TOP GEAR is proud to announce that we have been selected to be Fender's first and only "CUSTOM CARE" Service Center in southern California. Our passionate commitment to quality service is why we are one of only three such Service Centers on the entire west coast!

Fender Musical Instruments

We service every product made by Fender. We are proud to note that we are a Fender Regional Service Center and are rated "Gold" in every category of product service. We are authorized to do complete restorations on Fender guitars and amps, and have been doing so for over 20 years. We service many products that are no longer manufactured and are experts in the field.

You may not know the corporate name, Kaman, but you certainly know the product names. We are proud of our long association with the Kaman family, and their great company making great products.
